Fabric & Jacket Production

The yarn is transformed into fabric and hand-crafted into NW jackets in small-batch facilities in Portugal, where ethical labor and low-waste production are prioritized. Every stitch reflects our commitment to quality, functionality, and sustainability.

Measured Impact

Each NW Sea-Shell™ Jacket is produced using SEAQUAL® yarn and manufactured in Europe under some of the world’s most rigorous environmental and social standards.
Through a certified Life Cycle Assessment with bottom-up calculations, this process results in 37% lower CO₂ emissions, 34% less water consumption, and 40% less energy use compared to conventional polyester outerwear. All materials are GRS and OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring verified traceability and responsible production from yarn to the finished product.
