Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure are non-refundable. Damage & Liability Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the vessel during the charter. Any applicable charges will be billed to the card on file. Captain Authority & Safety The captain is the highest authority onboard and is responsible for the safety of all guests and crew. Failure to comply with safety instructions or onboard policies may result in the charter being terminated early, with no refund issued. Conduct Policy No illegal substances or illegal activities are permitted onboard, including but not limited to: Drug use Prostitution Unauthorized or explicit filming If any prohibited behavior is observed, the captain reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately, and no refund will be issued.
