Cancellation Policy
Noire Waters Departure & Cancellation Policy Departure Location All Martha's Vineyard dockside experiences and cruises depart from a marina in Oak Bluffs. Final boarding instructions and your captain or host's contact information will be provided prior to your reservation. 1. Weather-Related Cancellations If weather prevents cruising on your scheduled day, you may reschedule for the next available time or at a different location, subject to availability. Alternatively, you may request a refund minus a 3% processing fee. 2. Renter-Initiated Cancellations 10+ days before reservation → Full refund (minus 3% processing fee). 4–9 days before reservation → 50% refund (minus 3% processing fee). 3 days or less before reservation → No refund. 3. Noire Waters-Initiated Cancellations If Noire Waters cancels for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. Departure Location All Martha's Vineyard dockside experiences and cruises depart from Oak Bluffs Marina, located at 10 Circuit Avenue Extension, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557. Final boarding instructions and your captain or host's contact information will be provided prior to your reservation.
