Cancellation Policy

Charter Policy and Terms All charters booked through Noire Waters are subject to weather, safety, and operational conditions. Charters may be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled due to unsafe weather, official weather warnings, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, port closures, government restrictions, airline or cruise ship disruptions, or any situation that may compromise the safety of guests, crew, or vessel. The captain has sole discretion to determine whether conditions are safe to sail. If a guest chooses not to sail despite conditions being deemed safe, standard cancellation terms apply. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. Receipt of the deposit confirms the booking and constitutes acceptance of these terms. Cancellations made more than seven days prior to departure forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made within seven days up to twenty-four hours before departure incur a charge of fifty percent of the total charter price, less the deposit. Cancellations within twenty-four hours of departure or failure to appear result in a charge of one hundred percent of the total charter price, less the deposit. No refunds or price reductions are provided for partial group cancellations. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are only valid upon written confirmation. If a charter is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, force majeure, or operational or safety reasons, all payments remain non-refundable but will be issued as a non-transferable credit valid for twelve months from the original charter date, subject to availability. Noire Waters is not responsible for missed or shortened charters due to airline delays, cruise ship itinerary changes, port closures, or third-party transportation not arranged directly by Noire Waters. Guests are strongly encouraged to allow buffer time and obtain travel insurance. Guests must conduct themselves appropriately at all times. Boarding may be denied or a charter terminated without refund due to misconduct, intoxication, safety concerns, or failure to follow crew instructions. Alcohol consumption by minors is prohibited and valid identification may be requested. Outside food, drinks, and liquor are not permitted unless approved. Smoking is not permitted onboard. All payment obligations remain fully enforceable in the event of guest-initiated cancellation, no-show, or removal for policy violations.
