Cancellation Policy

1. All Boat Charters offers boat tours and water sports activities in and around Curaçao. 2. All Boat Charters reserves the right to change routes, start and end locations when required due to weather conditions, shallows, or other legitimate reasons. Passengers will be informed in a timely manner. 3. The captain always has final responsibility, and safety comes first. 4. By booking a trip, renting a boat, or participating in a water sports activity, you agree to the general terms and conditions. 5. Passengers for a day trip must be present at the agreed departure location at least 30 minutes before the departure time. 6. In case of late arrival for a booked day trip, the right to board is forfeited without refund of the paid amount. 7. There are no waiting times for regular trips/group tours. Passengers who arrive late lose their right to board without refund. 8. Valid reasons for cancellation include weather conditions and unexpected vessel maintenance that jeopardizes passenger safety. 9. In case of misconduct, caused by alcohol consumption or drug use, the trip may be interrupted or terminated by the skipper. The payment obligation remains. 10. Possession and trafficking of drugs are not allowed aboard our vessels. 11. You must be present 30 minutes before departure for check-in. Boarding closes 15 minutes before departure. 12. Noire Waters is not liable for damage to personal property or injury to passengers. 13. Passengers enter piers and boats entirely at their own risk. 14. Passengers are liable for damage to property. 15. All activities organized are at the passengers’ own risk. 16. Noire Waters is not liable for personal injury or damage of any kind, except in case of intent or gross negligence of All Boat Charters. Liability is limited to the amount of the boat rental. Payment Policy: For regular tours and private charters, at least 50% of the total amount due must be paid in advance. The remaining amount can be paid ten days before departure. Last-minute additions must be fully paid upon request. Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email and confirmed by reservations@noirewaters.com. – Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the shared tour date are not eligible for a refund. –– Customers can change the shared tour date less than 24 hours prior to the tour date with a rebooking fee of 30%. – Cancellations of private charters are not eligible for a refund.
