Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled charter date, excluding the 3% service processing fee. Cancellations made within five (5) days of the charter are non-refundable. Any card placed on file will not be charged until availability is confirmed and an official invoice is issued. To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total charter cost is required within 24 hours of confirmed availability. Reservations are not secured until the deposit is received.
