Cancellation Policy

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and premium experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are observed at all times: Music & Environment Explicit music is strictly prohibited. As we operate in public spaces, including Maiden Cay Beach, all music must be played at appropriate levels and must be clean versions only. This ensures a family-friendly atmosphere for all guests. Smoking Policy Smoking and vaping are not permitted onboard at any time. Footwear High heels are not allowed onboard for safety and deck protection. Dress Code Guests are expected to dress appropriately. For ladies, a proper bikini top and bottom is the minimum acceptable attire. No excessively revealing or inappropriate clothing will be permitted. We reserve the right to refuse entry if guidelines are not met. Family-Friendly Experience Our Maiden Cay Beach Tours are designed for guests of all ages. Children may be present onboard and at the beach. All guests are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately. Cleanliness Please dispose of all garbage in the designated containers provided onboard and onshore. Safety First Diving or jumping from the vessel is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the crew. All guests must follow crew instructions at all times for safety and compliance. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Deposit A 50% deposit is required to confirm all charter bookings. Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to departure.
