Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 100% cancellation fee applies if the client cancels within 48 hours of the charter. For Special Private Charters (Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve/Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Weekend, Ocean Race Events), a 100% cancellation fee applies regardless of notice. If Noire Waters cancels for a reasonable cause (e.g. engine failure), Noire Waters is not liable for any indirect losses. We will attempt to secure an alternative vessel at the client’s cost. If Noire Waters cancels: A full refund will be processed using the original payment method; or An alternative date may be offered, subject to availability. A 10% bank processing fee applies to all refunds for purchases made via the online credit card payment portal. This fee is a pass-through cost and not a revenue-generating charge. Once aboard, passengers fall under the authority of the Skipper and must comply with instructions at all times. Passengers must respect the environment and may not pollute or harm marine life. Due to ongoing fuel price volatility in South Africa, rates are subject to change without prior notice, and a fuel surcharge may be applied where necessary.
