Cancellation Policy
Noire Waters Cancellation Policy 1. Weather-Related Cancellations - If weather prevents cruising on your scheduled day, you may reschedule for the next available time or at a different location, subject to availability. - Alternatively, you may request a refund minus a 3% processing fee. 2. Renter-Initiated Cancellations - 10+ days before reservation → Full refund (minus 3% processing fee). - 4–9 days before reservation → 50% refund (minus 3% processing fee). - 3 days or less before reservation → No refund. 3. Noire Waters-Initiated Cancellations - If Noire Waters cancels for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. If you have any questions about your reservation.
